Rachel Rolando has accumulated diverse experience in the field of behavioral analysis and education. Currently, Rachel serves as a BCBA Program Coordinator and BCBA Supervisor at Total Education Solutions since December 2018. Previously, Rachel gained valuable insights as an ABA Intern at Minnick School and Virginia Autism Spectrum Services between August 2017 and May 2017. Rachel also has teaching experience as a Substitute Teacher at Harrisonburg City Schools from June 2017 to June 2018 and worked as a Nursery Worker at First Presbyterian Church from August 2015 to May 2018. Rachel holds a Master of Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University.
