Ryan Fletcher is the owner of Total Community Manager, a software company founded in 2018 that assists small nonprofits with fundraising through a donor CRM and gift reporting product. Currently, Ryan is transitioning the business to a SaaS model using Bubble and has developed a product support subscription and new pricing plans to better serve budget-focused nonprofits. Prior to this, Ryan held senior research manager positions at GLG, managing customer relationships in the North American financial services and technology sectors while consulting clients on custom research solutions. Ryan began professional career experiences as a graduate assistant at Boston College Carroll School of Management and completed an internship at Brown Brothers Harriman, alongside a paralegal position at BELLO WELSH LLP. Ryan holds a BA in History from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
