Hachmi Chagar possesses extensive experience in technical support and service delivery within the retail technology sector. Since August 2016, Hachmi has worked as Support Technique TPV at mojovida, while concurrently serving as a Services Delivery Specialist at TOSHIBA Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. since November 2014, providing Level II support for hardware and software retail service systems, maintaining SurePos IBM hardware and associated peripherals, and managing software for POS systems. Additionally, Hachmi has been with IBM Delivery Services since August 2011 as Support N2 Retail System Services, further enhancing expertise in retail systems support.
