Phyllis Kwan has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Phyllis began their career at J.Crew in 2005 as a PD & Production Manager, overseeing footwear, accessories, and 3rd party brands. In 2010, they moved to American Eagle Outfitters, where they served as a PD & Production Manager for footwear and accessories. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at The Children's Place as a Sourcing Manager for jewelry and accessories. Phyllis then joined Club Monaco in 2012 as the Director of Sourcing, Product Development & Production for footwear, accessories, and jewelry. Most recently, Phyllis Kwan joined Tory Burch in 2017 as the Senior Director of Product Development & Production.

Phyllis Kwan attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Footwear & Accessories Design and Construction. Phyllis later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Global Management and Entrepreneurship at the USC Marshall School of Business.
