Eva Miao serves as the Finance and Operations Executive at a stealth startup since February 2024, and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Torus Biosystems since June 2022. Miao plays a key role as an Organizer for the MIT Sloan CFO Summit and as an Associate Board Member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Community. Previously, Miao was VP of Finance at PROVEN Skincare, where responsibilities included implementing finance systems and leading fundraising efforts. Miao gained extensive experience in financial planning and analysis at Genuity Science and held roles in investment banking at Morgan Partners LLC and Jefferies, along with audit and transaction services at PwC. Miao obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and has completed additional studies at IESE Business School and Harvard Business School Online.
