Luis Suarez is the managing partner at Tortuga Marketing. Prior to their current position, Luis was a real estate agent at RE/MAX Achievement and Coldwell Banker Advantage. Luis also worked as a marketing manager and chief sales coach at R&R Office Solutions. In their previous positions, Luis was responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning and reviewing compensation plans; enforcing policies and procedures. Luis has also worked as a division specialist and an account manager. Luis began their career in customer service and has been working in the marketing industry for over 8 years.

Luis Suarez began their educational career by studying accounting and business/management at Wake Technical Community College. Luis then went on to get certification from Google Ads in both Google Ads Video Certification and Google Ads Search Certification. Finally, they got certification from HubSpot Academy in Inbound Certified and HubSpot Marketing Software.
