Felix Deloatch is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Associate Principal and Director of Florida Operations at Torti Gallas + Partners since August 2003, Felix oversees business development and coordinates residential and mixed-use projects with budgets between $10 million and $200 million. Prior to this role, Felix was the Senior Director of Florida Operations at The Hillier Group from 2001 to August 2003, and also held positions as an Intern Architect and Intern. Felix holds a Master of Architecture degree from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Elizabeth City State University.
