David M Stembel III, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, currently serves as the Architect and Director at Torti Gallas + Partners, focusing on creating community-oriented designs. Previously, David held the position of Principal and Director at Grimm + Parker Architects, overseeing the Residential and Urban Design Studio and managing various residential projects. David’s career also includes experience as a Senior Project Manager at BartonPartners Architects Planners, Inc., where significant residential initiatives were completed across multiple states, and as the Housing and Community Design Group Leader at Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC, managing notable housing developments. David earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University, recognized with the AIA Henry Adams Gold Medal for academic excellence.
