Paul Larsen has a strong background in the banking industry. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Lending Officer at Torrington Savings Bank since March 2020. Prior to this, they were the Commercial Banking Head at Bankwell from March 2018 to March 2020. From May 2012 to March 2018, they held the position of Managing Director Middle Market Southern New England at Santander Bank, N.A. Before that, they served as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America from 2010 to 2012. Paul Larsen's earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Lending Officer at Union Savings Bank - CT from 2002 to 2010 and as the VP & Manager - Cash Management at Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2002.

Paul Larsen attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
