Nitin Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of International Operations at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd since August 2009, Nitin oversees markets in regions such as Russia, CIS, South East Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia. Previously, Nitin held the position of General Manager and AGM-International at Torrent Pharmaceuticals, managing business operations in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and select African and Middle Eastern countries. Prior to Torrent, Nitin was the Country Manager at Ipca Laboratories Ltd in the Philippines, leading a team of business managers and representatives. Nitin holds a B.Sc. degree in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from the University of Rajasthan, earned between 1994 and 1996.
