We are looking for a Security Applications Team Lead to drive innovation, manage a growing team, and develop security applications content. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to enhance our security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and build a team from scratch. Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts, focusing on professional growth.
- Lead the development of security applications by creating pre-built security steps, workflows, and templates.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated PM to ensure product alignment with business goals and the delivery of maximum value to customers.
- Improving workflows and establishing a unified standard for security content and processes.
- Build and enhance engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD, DevOps, platform reliability, and testing systems.
- Establish and maintain a high standard of development practices while working in a multidisciplinary, innovative environment.
Who We Are Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in software development.
- Leadership experience or a strong background in mentoring and guiding technical teams.
- Proficiency in Go – a significant advantage.
- Background in security – preferred but not required.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills at a high level.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders within the organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
