We are looking for a Security Applications Team Lead to drive innovation, manage a growing team, and develop security applications content. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to enhance our security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build a team from scratch. Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts, focusing on professional growth.
  • Lead the development of security applications by creating pre-built security steps, workflows, and templates.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated PM to ensure product alignment with business goals and the delivery of maximum value to customers.
  • Improving workflows and establishing a unified standard for security content and processes.
  • Build and enhance engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD, DevOps, platform reliability, and testing systems.
  • Establish and maintain a high standard of development practices while working in a multidisciplinary, innovative environment.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in software development.
  • Leadership experience or a strong background in mentoring and guiding technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Go – a significant advantage.
  • Background in security – preferred but not required.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills at a high level.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
