Joanna Czura is a Senior Associate at torq.partners since January 2024, contributing to the organization's mission to enhance business professionalization. Prior experience includes roles as Finance Manager, Junior Finance Manager, and Finance Working Student at Highsnobiety from January 2020 to December 2023, along with positions in Accounts Payables and Merchandising Operations at Wayfair between February 2019 and January 2020. Joanna gained initial experience through an internship at Tober & Co. GmbH in 2018. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from European-University Viadrina and furthered education with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Graz, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
