Sylwia Borkowska has extensive experience in construction engineering, primarily focused on bridge and railway projects. At TORPOL S.A. since February 2018, Sylwia has held the positions of Kierownik robót mostowych and Inżynier budowy, actively collaborating with construction management and clients, verifying technical documentation, and overseeing subcontractor work. Prior experience includes working as an Inżynier budowy at Firma Ogólnobudowlana KORDEK, contributing to the Olsztyn Bypass project, and serving as an Asystent Inspektora Nadzoru ds. mostowych at SGS, where Sylwia participated in inspections and compliance checks. Early career experience includes an internship at Pracownia projektowa Wojciechowski, involving residential design projects. Sylwia holds a master’s degree in engineering from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski in Olsztyn.
