Salman Arif currently serves as the Director of International Business Development at the Toronto Business Development Centre since January 2024 and previously held various significant roles at Global Affairs Canada, including Director of Operations to Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. Notable past positions include Deputy Campaign Manager for Marci Ien in the Toronto Centre and Regional Affairs and Operations Advisor to Canada’s Minister of Finance. Salman's career also features stakeholder relations experience at the House of Commons and involvement with the Young Liberals of Canada as Vice President-Organization. Educationally, Salman Arif holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Politics and Governance from Ryerson University, completed in 2018.
