Brent LaRue has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles and companies. Brent started their career at Datacard in 1996, holding multiple positions until 2002. Brent then ventured into owning their own business, MTKA Shrinkwrap, where they provided shrinkwrap services for packaging and storage. In 2008, Brent returned to Datacard as a Systems Engineer and later transitioned into the role of a Business Intelligence Developer until 2011. Brent then joined Seagate Technology as a BI Strategy & Architecture professional until 2017. Most recently, Brent has been working at The Toro Company as a Lead System Administrator from 2018 onwards.
Brent LaRue's education history begins with their enrollment at KRS Computer and Business, where they pursued a Systems Engineer degree in MCSE. Brent then furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Fundamentals in Networking and Hardware degree. Following their time at KRS Computer and Business, Brent attended Normandale Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree with a specialization in Accounting.
In addition to their educational achievements, Brent has also acquired various certifications. In 2000, they obtained an MCSE certification from Microsoft. Later, in 2010, they attained a Private Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Brent also holds a Class E License from US Youth Soccer, which was obtained in June 2014.
