Joel Blachman currently serves as the Head of Finance at Toro TMS, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Joel accumulated extensive experience at Amper Technologies, Inc. from April 2019 to August 2024, working in various capacities including Operations & Finance Lead, Business Operations, and Business Development & Marketing. Earlier in Joel's career, positions included Operations Specialist at Whole & Free Foods, LLC - Every Body Eat® for a brief period in 2019, Industrial Engineer at LineShift from October 2018 to March 2019, and Production Engineer at Motor Systems, Inc. for a summer in 2018. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and graduated from Indian Hill High School.
