Karim Ganguin has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as Ingénieur constructeur ETS at Tornos SA since March 2011, focusing on the development and optimization of machine components, including motorized spindles and rotating chucks, while conducting modal analysis using ANSYS. Prior to Tornos SA, Karim held the role of Responsable projet R&D at Meyrat SA from 2005 to 2011, and collaborated as a scientific partner and project leader at TT-Novatech from 1998 to 2005. Early career experience includes working as a monteure GTCNC externe at Schaublin Machines SA between 1997 and 1998. Karim holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Ecole d'ingénieurs Bienne and a CFC in micromechanics from Ecole des métiers microtechniques Bienne.
