Earlier experience at Smilegate West from 2011 to September 2019 involved launching notable titles like CrossFire BR and ensuring successful project execution through effective communication and milestone reporting. Carlos also gained valuable insights in pre-production as an assistant for Silent Hill 2 DCP Inc, and served as a Product Specialist at Sony, focusing on staff training and customer care.
