Adrian White possesses extensive experience in process improvement and operational excellence within the mining and metals industry. Currently serving as Director of Process Improvement at Torex Gold Resources Inc. since January 2020, Adrian previously held the position of Director, North America at Flow Partners Inc., where the focus was on co-creating innovative performance improvement programs. A strong background in Continuous Improvement is demonstrated through roles such as Improvement Coach at Sherritt International Corporation, where Adrian launched a significant operational excellence program, and Chief Process Improvement Engineer at KGHM International, overseeing the implementation of a Management Operating System. Earlier experience includes impactful roles at Glencore, including Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Superintendent, showcasing a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and implementing effective improvement strategies. Adrian holds a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
