Mr. Wallin joined Torcon over 20 years ago through the company’s college recruitment program. A graduate of Rutgers University’s engineering program, Ray has been a member of Torcon’s estimating team for his entire career. During that time he has been involved in a wide range of projects, from office and lab fit-outs to American Airlines’ $907 million terminal expansion program at JFK International Airport. He has also led Torcon’s cost-control efforts for key customers such as The Valley Hospital and Johnson & Johnson and has the responsibility for coordinating all Torcon’s lump sum bids.
