Casimir Morobé has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting until 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Development professional at TechWolf from November 2019 until March 2020. Casimir then joined Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) in October 2019 for a Master's Thesis project focused on applying Machine Learning for fouling detection and maintenance optimization in seagoing vessels, which lasted until June 2020. In 2018, Casimir gained experience as a Supply Chain Consulting Intern at Möbius Business Redesign for two months. In 2020, they founded two companies: Everest Analytics in August and Toqua, a Machine Learning start-up in October, which focuses on decarbonizing fleets in the maritime industry through data analysis.

Casimir Morobé has a diverse education history. In 2015, they started their Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering at Ghent University, which they completed in 2018. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree. In 2018, they pursued two Master of Science degrees simultaneously. Casimir studied Business Engineering with a focus on Data Analytics at Ghent University, completing it in 2020. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science in Ingeniero de Organización at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, finishing it in 2019. In 2020, Casimir pursued another Master of Science in Maritime Science at Ghent University, completing it the same year. Alongside their academic pursuits, they obtained additional certifications in Developing APIs with Google Cloud's Apigee API Platform Specialization and Developing Applications with Google Cloud Platform Specialization from Coursera, although the specific months of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
