Kees van der Velden is an experienced educator specializing in natural sciences and chemistry. Currently serving as a Lerarenopleider Natuur- en Scheikunde at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen since August 2018, Kees has also contributed as a co-founder and board member at TopTutors since October 2013. Prior experience includes teaching positions at Pax Christi College from 2014 to 2020 and as a researcher at Nikhef in 2017-2018. Kees held roles such as coordinator and department leader at Bijles Maas en Waal from 2010 to 2014. Kees has a Master of Education in Physics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Physics from HAN University of Applied Sciences, alongside an Havo diploma in Nature and Technology from Pax Christi College.
