Mark Hollins currently serves as the Head of Product Operations at BVNK since March 2021 and has been involved with Sidovations in multiple roles, including Agile Coach and Scrum Master, since September 2018, where efforts focus on enhancing Agile practices across 20 teams. With experience as an Agile Project Manager at Toptal and a Change Consultant at Agilicist, Mark has also contributed to Lloyds Banking Group's digital transformation as Scrum Master and Agile Coach, championing team empowerment and continuous improvement. Previous positions include project management roles at Communisis, where Mark led significant digital transformation efforts for clients like LV= and AXA. Mark’s career began at Produban in planning analysis, underlining a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making. Educational background includes 9 GCSEs and A Levels from Swinton College.
