Guilherme Bova serves as the SMB Director of Design at Toptal, where responsibilities include overseeing a network of design professionals and engaging with hundreds of CEOs, founders, and product teams. With extensive experience in design leadership roles, Guilherme has previously held positions such as Design Screener Team Lead and Director of Design at Toptal, as well as Creative Director at ED Interactive where management of design production and team mentorship were key duties. A strong foundation in design began with roles as a Webdesigner and Art Director across various companies, complemented by freelancing in Australia. Guilherme Bova holds multiple specializations, including Design Thinking and People Management, alongside a Tertiary Degree in Digital Design.
