James Gross is the current Head of Operations at TopstepTrader. Prior to this, they spent 15 months traveling and working abroad as a World Traveler. James has also worked as a Manager for Customer Care at Cars.com from 2010 to 2017. During their time at Cars.com, they were responsible for establishing, managing, and leading a Tier II customer service team, developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing day-to-day call center operations. James has also been recognized for their top performance with rapid acceleration from front-line support to management.
James Gross graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
