Alexander Saint-Amand has been working in the field since 1994, when they began as a Reporter for Bloomberg LP. In 1999, they moved to Gerson Lehrman Group as a Managing Director. In 2003, they joined GLG as President & COO, and in 2020 they were appointed President & CEO. Also in 2020, they became a Board Trustee for The Commons Project Foundation, and Co-Founder & CEO of Topography Health, a physician-focused clinical trials platform.
Alexander Saint-Amand received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar in 1999. Prior to this, they attended St. Paul's School and The Buckley School.
