Jamil Tefiani currently holds the position of Chargé RH at Topivo Restauration since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jamil worked as Contrôleur de gestion sociale at BNP Paribas Real Estate from July 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included monthly HR reporting for over 2000 employees, tracking internal and external mobility, and presenting social assessments and unique reports to the CSE. Jamil's educational background consists of a degree in Management and Human Resources from CFA IGS - CIEFA (2022-2023), a Bac +4 in Business Management and Development from CFA IGS - CIEFA (2021-2022), a DEM in Classical Saxophone from the CRR of Paris (2018-2020), and a Double Licence in Sciences and Musicology from Université Paris-Sorbonne (2015-2018).
