Kyla Ripley is a seasoned professional in the animal genetics and biotechnology industry, currently serving as Global Manager at Topigs Norsvin since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as AI Specialist Americas at AIM Worldwide from April 2020 to June 2023, and General Manager at Carlo Genetics Inc. from January 2016 to June 2023, where oversight of all company activities and development planning was a key responsibility. From May 2004 to December 2015, Kyla held the position of Logistics Manager at Topigs Norsvin Canada, managing supply and demand while integrating sales and production functions. Additional experience includes serving as Boar Stud Manager at both GAP Genetics and Cotswold Canada Ltd. Kyla Ripley obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from Dalhousie University from 1989 to 1993.
