Egbert van der Veen serves as the Head of Technology and Management Team Member for Secondary Education at Topicus since December 2015, focusing on product development and data-driven decision making for over 40% of secondary schools in The Netherlands. Previously, Egbert held the role of Product Owner at Topicus Education, leading multiple development teams in creating the Somtoday learning administration system. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Impulse Info Systems B.V. and an Information Analyst at Topicus, complemented by various roles at QliCT, including part-time application administration and software development. Egbert holds an MSc in Business & IT from the University of Twente and a BSc in ICT Administration from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
