Dale Trigg currently serves as the Group Financial Controller at TopHat since November 2023. Previously, Dale held various financial leadership roles at Aggregate Industries UK from April 2009 to October 2023, including Financial Controller for the UK Cement Division, where responsibilities included leading finance operations and partnering with the Managing Director for performance enhancement. Additional roles at Aggregate Industries included overseeing finance for the overseas aggregates business across six European countries, and managing a General Accounting team responsible for comprehensive financial consolidation and reporting, with oversight of a group balance sheet totaling approximately £2 billion. Dale's career commenced at Pole Arnold as an Auditor, where analysis of financial statements and engagement with clients for audits were key responsibilities.
