Lacie LaRock currently serves as the Director of Restaurant Systems at Milkshake Concepts, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Restaurant Systems Manager at Front Burner Restaurants from July 2019 to August 2022, and as a Data Coordinator at Mary Crowley Cancer Research for a brief period in early 2019. Lacie's career in the restaurant industry began as a Server at Rock and Brews from July 2017 to January 2019, followed by a role as a Bartender at Old American Golf Club from June 2016 to January 2017. Educationally, Lacie LaRock earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Texas between 2014 and 2016, following completion of high school at Rockwall High School from 2008 to 2012.
