Jasmine Lo is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at True Food Kitchen since July 2021, Jasmine has previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at both True Food Kitchen and Fox Restaurant Concepts. Jasmine's diverse background includes management roles, such as Compliance & Coordination Manager at Polywell Computers, where responsibilities encompassed cross-departmental coordination and project management. As the Chef/Owner of Cooking with Jas, Jasmine oversaw daily operations, employee training, and customer relations. Jasmine's culinary education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of California, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communications from UC San Diego.
