Simon Rupp has work experience in two companies. Simon started their career at teckpro AG in 2010, where they worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft from May 2010 to July 2013. Simon then became a Berater from August 2013 to March 2016. In 2016, Simon joined TOPdesk as a Consultant and worked in that role until April 2020. From April 2020 until the present, they have been working as a Product Owner at TOPdesk.

Simon Rupp completed their education from 2006 to 2013 at TU Kaiserslautern, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann technisch. Their field of study focused on Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit technischer Qualifikation in Maschinenbau. In addition to their formal education, Simon also obtained additional certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in May 2020 and ITIL® v3 Foundation from EXIN in April 2016.
