Hanna Li is an experienced professional currently serving as a Scrum Master for the Virtual Appliance team at TOPdesk since September 2016, where responsibilities include facilitating various team sessions and coaching for self-organization and effectiveness. Previously, Hanna held the role of Project Coordinator in the Business Unit Education, focusing on consultancy planning and improving internal processes. With a diverse background as a Thesis Editor at SCRiBBR and a Copy & Layout Editor for the Leiden University Journal of Young Sinology, Hanna has demonstrated strong editing and proofreading skills. Additional experience includes teaching Classical Chinese at Leiden University and supporting academic efforts as a Student Assistant and Library Assistant. Hanna holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies and a Research Master in Area Studies from Leiden University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Languages and Cultures of China.
