Jens Green is an experienced marketing executive with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing (SVP) at Topdanmark since December 1998, Jens Green focuses on supporting the business in achieving overarching goals through specialized competencies. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Jens Green manages a team of over 25 individuals, consistently achieving high ratings in leadership metrics based on trust, motivation, and respect. Additionally, Jens Green has been a board member at Heap, a digital pension insurance company, since December 2021, and previously held the position of Market Controller at Bonnier Publications A/S from 1994 to 1998. Jens Green holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Southern Denmark and has also pursued digital experimental learning at Growth Tribe.
