Andrey Kolganov, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in hardware engineering with extensive experience in leadership and design roles. Currently serving as the Senior Hardware Engineering Manager and Team Leader for Hardware Design at Topcon Positioning Systems, Andrey has previously held significant positions at Siemens, including Leading Hardware Design Engineer and Hardware Design Engineer, as well as roles at Cesar Satellite and JSC MDB "Compass" as an Electronics Engineer. Andrey holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Radio Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics and a Specialist degree in Radioelectronics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
