Steen Karsbo has extensive experience in leadership and business development, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Topcast and as Bestyrelsesformand at JE Pedersen Maskinfabrik A/S since June 2022. Karsbo is also the Managing Director of Karsbo Consulting, a position held since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Karsbo spent several years at Satair, where responsibilities included Vice President for Business Development and Group Vice President, among other titles, from June 1980 to July 2019. Karsbo's educational background includes studies at TÃ¥rnby Gymnaisum from 1975 to 1979.
