Rick Marshall is an experienced leader in the building solutions industry, currently serving as Regional Leader at Service Partners since July 2022 and Executive in Commercial Business Development at TopBuild Corp. since August 2018. Since May 2010, Rick has held the position of Regional Director and Manager at USI Building Solutions, as well as Manager at Superior Insulation. Previous roles include General Manager at All Purpose Windows and Co-Owner at R & R Construction, where Rick contributed to the development of the company from inception. Rick Marshall is skilled in strategic planning, P&L management, operations, sales, and turnaround leadership, supported by education from the University of Utah.
