Debora Lage has had a varied career in the past 14 years, beginning with their role as an English Teacher at Cultura Inglesa in 2008. Debora then worked as an Interpreter for Harpyia Ecoturism in 2007, followed by a Research Assistant role at Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg in 2012. Debora then held an Intern role at Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in 2013, and Intern roles at the African and Asian department at ICJA Freiwilligenaustausch weltweit e.V. and the Brazilian department at Aktionsgemeinschaft Solidarische Welt e.V. in 2014.
