Jason Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and underwriting management. Since September 2007, Jason has been with Topa Insurance Company, where responsibilities include facilitating communication among various stakeholders and ensuring comprehensive documentation of business requirements for technology initiatives. Jason possesses strong business process modeling skills and holds certifications in Business Analysis and Agile Requirements. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Personal Lines Insurance Underwriter at Mercury Insurance from March 2001 to September 2007, focusing on underwriting decisions and policy management. Additionally, Jason contributes to the KINGDOM LIFE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP as the Vice Chairman of The Pastor's and Elder's Council since 1998, under the guidance of Pastor Charles Bennett Sr. Jason holds a Master's in Theology from Southern California School of Ministry and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
