Nick Hernandez is currently working as an Associate at Top Gun CRE, Inc. where Nick specializes in Multifamily Investment Sales. Prior to this role, Nick was a Skillbridge Intern at eXp Commercial. Before transitioning into the real estate industry, Nick served in the US Navy as an Operational Specialist and Surface Rescue Swimmer. Nick also has experience as an Independant League Baseball Player with PECOS LEAGUE OF PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL CLUBS, LLC and as an Operations Manager at Eat Inn. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Purdue Global and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
