Javier Castro García has worked in various roles since 2010. Javier began their career as a Team Leader at Accedo Technologies in 2010. In 2011, they moved to White Shark Media® as a PPC Supervisor. In 2013, they were promoted to Director of Talent & Culture (HR) at White Shark Media®. In 2015, they joined Joven360 as Program Coordinator. Javier currently serves as Search Engine Optimization Manager at TOP FLOOR MARKETING since 2018.

Javier Castro García earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Americana (UAM) between 2005 and 2009.
