Kosta Dhame has extensive experience in the television industry, currently serving as a Technical Department Specialist at Top Channel TV since November 2002. Prior to this role, Kosta worked as a Broadcast Technician at TVA Televizioni "Arberia" from September 1999 to November 2002. Kosta holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Instituti Formimit Profesional, completed between 2000 and 2003, and received education at Harry Fultz from 1991 to 1995.
