Alejandra Molina is an experienced commercial manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in the retail and franchise sectors. Currently serving as Gerente Comercial at Top Brands Internacional, S.A. since December 2022, Alejandra previously held the position of Country Manager at AR Holdings from May 2021 to December 2022, overseeing franchise operations in El Salvador and focusing on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Gerente Comercial for PRISMA MODA at Almacenes SIMAN, where responsibilities included monitoring sales goals and budget preparation, and as Directora Comercial Regional at Bershka and ZARA SA, leading merchandising and sales strategies across Central America. Alejandra’s career also includes regional sales management at Belcorp. Alejandra holds a degree in Systems from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
