Musharraf Sayed currently serves as Technical Program Manager II at toothsi since October 2022, following a role as Associate Project Manager from March 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included integrating various communication services and configuring customer communication journeys on the WebEngage platform. Previously, Musharraf worked as Sr. Technical Product Consultant and Technical Product Consultant at Justdial from December 2017 to February 2021, and as Customer Engineer at Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. in mid-2017, focusing on troubleshooting wireless broadband issues for clients. Musharraf holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Shree L. R. Tiwari College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Pravin Patil College of Diploma Engineering & Technology.
