Julie Walcoff is a seasoned transportation planner currently serving as a Senior Planner at Toole Design Group since July 2019, focusing on enhancing transportation solutions for pedestrians, cyclists, and transit users. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a Senior Planner at the Ohio Department of Transportation from May 2018 to July 2019, and was actively involved with the Ohio Department of Transportation from August 1989 to May 2018 as the Active Transportation Program Manager. Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Photography from The Ohio State University.
