Rachit Raj began their work experience as a Co-Founder at The IndianPreneur in July 2018. Rachit then joined HighRadius in May 2019 as a Data Analyst, where they worked with High Charts and Java script to analyze data and troubleshooted technical issues. In September 2020, they became an Associate Software Engineer at HighRadius, where they worked with OCR Engines and algorithms for data extraction. Rachit was later promoted to Associate Software Engineer - ll in July 2021, where they extended the algorithm capture percentage and enhanced the functionality of file downloading. In February 2022, Rachit joined Tookitaki as a Software Engineer, where they improved database performance, created RESTful APIs, and worked with Scala, Hadoop, and MySQL.

Rachit Raj completed their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Information Technology from KIIT School of Computer Science in Bhubaneswar, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade from GURU GOBIND SINGH PUBLIC SCHOOL BOKARO, specializing in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), from 2013 to 2015. Rachit Raj's education history started with their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in Science from St Paul's High School in Hajipur, which they completed from 2007 to 2013.
