Wolfgang Hennen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Too Good To Go since June 2022, a company dedicated to reducing food waste through its app, Wolfgang previously held significant leadership roles including CHRO at Lidl Polska, responsible for human resources across a vast network of stores and logistics centers. Wolfgang's experience also includes serving as CFO and CHRO at Lidl Belgium & Luxembourg, overseeing finance, IT, and compliance for a sizable operation. Earlier career roles encompass positions at Lidl International, Mazars, and a decade of service as a Marine Officer in the Bundeswehr. Wolfgang holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and additional degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Bundeswehr University Munich.
