Technical Support Engineer at Tonkean

Heather H. has over 16 years of work experience in the IT industry. Heather began their career in 2004 as a Network Engineer for BAE Systems. In 2006, they joined CA Technologies as a Senior Support Engineer, where they provided high level support for email compliance products. In 2010, Heather moved to HP Autonomy in the same role. In 2011, they joined HP as a Technical Solutions Specialist and was responsible for creating and maintaining a group SharePoint page. In 2016, Heather joined OpenText as a Lead Cloud Support Specialist and Lead Technical Support Specialist. In their roles, they were responsible for Cloud Production Support US Team Lead, System Administrator, customer-facing break/fix, system monitoring, and participating in a 24/7 on call rotation. Currently, Heather is a Technical Support Engineer at Tonkean.
