Will Seitz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and architecture. Currently serving as a Staff Front End Engineer at Tonic.ai since December 2021, Will has enhanced a significant React single page application initially developed by back-end focused engineers. Prior to Tonic.ai, Will held the position of Principal FrontEnd Engineer at Alignable, where a transition to a React and Ruby on Rails stack was managed with a focus on server rendering techniques. Will's earlier roles include Front End Architect and Lead Software Engineer at The Predictive Index, where effective architectural enhancements were pushed within cross-functional teams.
